Shipping and Return Policies
Where does Gray Oval™ ship?
We ship domestically within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Gray Oval™ does not ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the US, even if written as “Post Office Box.”
When will my order ship?
As soon as possible! Our current warehouse processing time is 1-2 business days.
How long is shipping?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days. Delivery times are also shown at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available. Pre-Order delivery times are displayed on the product page and in your confirmation email. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy. Please refer to our Return Policy.
Modifying orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@gray-oval.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
If you’ve entered the wrong address, email us at support@gray-oval.com immediately. The sooner you notify us, the better the chance we can update the address before it ships.

Do you also sell flower?
No, we only sell accessories!
Do you offer customizations?
No, but you’re more than welcome to customize our products yourself! If you do, please tag us on social media—we love seeing your creative designs!
Unsubscribe
How do I unsubscribe from Gray Oval™ emails?
You can always click “unsubscribe” within the footer of our emails. Or you can change your email, although that seems pretty extreme.
How do I unsubscribe from Gray Oval™ texts?
Simply reply to any text from Gray Oval™ with the word “STOP.” Please note that emojis, like the stop sign emoji, will not work.
