Product Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and shipped in an additional protective box.
- Returns sent without an additional protective shipping box may not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Purchases made outside of our official website must be returned to the original source, following their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from our site.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
