Shipping Estimates and Delivery Times
 - Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-6 business days, but delivery dates and estimates may also be provided during checkout.
 - Customers are encouraged to carefully review the differences between standard and expedited shipping, as delivery times may vary depending on location.
 - We ship domestically within the United States, excluding Puerto Rico.
 - Gray Oval™ does not ship to P.O. Boxes or any international addresses, regardless of format (e.g., "Post Office Box").

Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping updates to be provided by the carrier. In some cases, the carrier may require additional time to update tracking information. Once a tracking number is issued, the package is no longer in our control and is under the responsibility of the carrier.
If there has been no update from the carrier for more than 10 business days, customers should contact us directly.

Pre-Order Delivery Estimates
 - Pre-order delivery times are displayed on the product page and in the customer's order confirmation email.
 - If multiple items with different delivery times are ordered, delivery estimates may vary.
 - Delivery times are estimates and depend on the arrival of inventory shipments.
 - These times are subject to change, but customers will be informed of any delays.

Payment is collected in full at checkout. Customers can request changes, cancellations, or refunds anytime before the order is fulfilled.

Missing or Stolen Packages
At Gray Oval™, we are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your packages. However, in the event of a missing or stolen package, the following policy applies:

1. Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Gray Oval™ is no longer liable for claims of theft, loss, or non-delivery.
The carrier's delivery confirmation serves as evidence of successful delivery to the provided address.

2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible.
We encourage customers to track their packages using the tracking information provided and to be available to receive deliveries or make arrangements with the carrier.

3. Claims Process
If a package is missing or stolen, customers should immediately contact the carrier to initiate an investigation and file a claim.
Gray Oval™ will cooperate with the carrier's investigation as much as possible but cannot guarantee the outcome of the investigation or assume liability for reimbursements or replacements.

4. Precautionary Measures
To minimize the risk of missing or stolen packages, customers are advised to:
 - Provide a safe and secure delivery location.
 - Regularly monitor tracking information once available.
 - Ensure the safety of their delivery environment and plan for delivery dates accordingly.

5. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis if negligence or errors by Gray Oval™ or the carrier can be proven. Customers must provide sufficient evidence to support their claim.
